I found that the teens responded best when I focused on the evil genius aspect. Plus, I love that abou these books. =)

The illustrations are gorgeous and Artemis is fun for boys and girls equally.

These books are hilarious. Go with it. Be cheesy. At one point, I think I actually even did the “exccelllent” finger drum to express his evil genius. Did the kids laugh at me? You bet. But at least they were paying attention.

The graphic novel format is a good way to draw readers into the series.
